潘煜，2026年6月本科毕业于重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院，2026年9月起于该学院推荐免试攻读硕士学位。目前研究方向为类脑芯片架构以及基于SRAM数字存内计算的类脑芯片电路设计，已发表学术论文2篇。曾获2024年TI杯重庆市大学生电子设计竞赛一等奖。
